Slides.com is a web based tool for making slideshow presentations. With a free account, you can build a presentation using their templates or create your own. When you are ready to present, you can send remote control access to your cell phone and you can control the progression of the presentation from there. You can also send a link to the presenter notes to activate the remote control feature.
Once in the remote control feature, you can use the forward or back slide option. There is a timer option to activate so if the presentation needs to stay within a certain timeframe, the timer will count down how much time you have left to present. The remote also shows any slide notes you may have created. Your cell phone acts as a timer, clicker, and note card.
With a free account, you get 250 MB of storage space and you can make 5 slide decks. You also cannot upload a video to your slideshow with a free account, however you CAN imbed a YouTube video. You can also live annotate your slideshow from the presenting device (not the remote).
You can import a presentation from PowerPoint, so you could take a Google Slides presentation you have, download it as a PowerPoint and upload to your slides.com account.
